We talk with you about the size, layout, materials, look, and budget you have in mind. We ask about your lifestyle, family size, entertaining needs, and any special uses you have in mind. If you've developed any plans prior to meeting with us, we can use them as our starting point.

Based on your ideas and any plans you bring, our architect creates home designs that meet your specifications and stay within your budget. He presents floor plans and room layouts for you to consider. He takes the time to revise and refine them with you until they reflect the home you have in mind. Once you have decided on the right design for you, he presents you with sketches that help you visualize the look and feel of your home. With your input, he finalizes the plans and draws up the blueprints.

Our architect can develop home designs that range in scale from the simplest residence to a grand luxury home with decks, a swimming pool, landscaping, and any other amenities you might be interested in.

Once we have a plan that suits you, we draw up a building contract with a budget to match. We double-check and tweak the itemized budget with you, until you're comfortable with its scope and scale. Our interior designer assists you with the design decisions needed to get the building process started. She can help you develop a décor theme and color palette; she can show you materials and prototypes. She will bring you to the Master Craft showroom, meet you at your house, or accompany you to the design store to see examples and get ideas.

The Home Building Process

Our building superintendent's main job is to get your new home done on time and within budget. He is committed to making the building process go smoothly for you. At the outset, our superintendent reviews your selections, and presents the finalized budget, building agreement, and timetable for your approval. Once you have finalized the agreement, he orders the materials, schedules the builders, and gets your house underway!

Once construction is in progress, our superintendent visits your work site every day, updates you on the progress, consults with you on questions, and addresses your concerns. He is there to keep the work on schedule, make sure everything goes smoothly, and give you peace of mind during the building process. He is your primary contact, committed to making the homebuilding experience a satisfying one for you.

As the building process draws to a close, our real estate agent prepares the paperwork and helps you get ready for the closing. If you need assistance in selling your existing home, she is there to help you with that. When the building process is complete, we accompany you to the closing of your new home purchase. If any questions remain, we'll help answer them. If any concerns arise, we'll help resolve them. We warranty our homes and are just a phone call away if you need us.
